Geoff Denton
Chief Executive Officer
Geoff is a co-founder and CEO of Geoni Capital. He supervises Geoni Capital’s private equity investments, litigation funding, insolvency and turnaround investments and commercial property financings.
He has spent over 15 years in the legal industry, having worked as an M&A lawyer in Australia and London. He then went on to take responsibility for managing and running high performing specialist search teams in London, Hong Kong and Melbourne at one of the world’s largest firms. He has extensive well-established networks throughout Australia, the UK and Asia that compliment Geoni Capital’s core strategies.
Geoff was admitted as an Australian lawyer in 2008 and holds an LLB (Hons).
George Wang
Chief Investment Officer
George is a co-founder of Geoni Capital and is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s investment activities.
He has over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and funds management with specialisation in distressed debt and special situations investing. He has funded several successful litigation claims in Australia and boasts an extensive contact network in the insolvency & restructuring industry in Australia and Asia.
George holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
